Class Observation
- 1st class- free
- 2nd class-$3 for child & $5 for child/parent
- 3rd class-$5 for child & $7 for child/parent
Tuition
Tuition will be due the 1st of every month. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. Credit, debit, or Cash Only. If you are on the auto debit program you may select which day you would like your monthly tuition to be auto debited: 1st of the 10th. If you are paying cash or monthly by debit or credit your tuition will always be due on the 1st, with a 5 day grace period. On the 6th of the month, if your tuition is not paid in full, your account will be charged a $15 late fee, and your child will not be allowed into the dance room, until account balance is paid off. On auto debit- if card is declined 3 times, after attempting to call the card holder- a $15 late fee will also be charged.
Auto Enrollment
This Option offers parents a bi-monthly payment of the 1st & 10th. (This option is only available to students enrolled on auto debit. ALL CASH payments are due on the 1st & consdiered late by the 6th)
Auto Enrollment students choose which day of the month you will have your monthly tuition automatically debited. 1st or the 10th
Private Sessions
Private lessons are available for any student- Please see front desk for pricing detail as rates vary based on the length of the private session and the instructor
Costume Fees
· Costume fees- $65 per recital costume. Additional alteration, shipping, or prop fees may apply.

Costumes
fees are due in full for winter recital: 1st Monday of September & 1st Monday of February
Recital Fee
- $25 PER DANCER for recital fee. Fees are due November 1st for Winter Recital & April 1st for Spring Recital.
For Family Discount:
Combine siblings' total monthly hours than add $10 for EACH sibling to find total monthly tuition rate.

HOW DOES UNLIMITED
WORK?
This helps families with children who choose to dance for more than 6 Hours a week. Families with 2 children may explore 2 options:
1) Siblings taking unlimited hours- 1st dancer is $200, for every sibling taking unlimited after that, simply add $65 more to your monthly grand total! Siblings must actually meet the 6 hour requirement to receive sibling discount.
2) One child wants to dance unlimited & the other doesn't apply for unlimited hours? Add the unlimited child ($200) with the sibling's monthly hours to find the total. Unlimited child+child dancing 1.5 hours= $265 Grand Monthly Total

Withdrawal Policy
Notice to withdraw from any class must be submitted to the front desk on a "Fever Performing Arts Withdrawal Form" by the 1st of the month prior to withdrawal in order to stop tuition for the next month. Failure to do so will make you liable for the next subsequent months' tuition. Also, be aware that reenrollment will require the payment of another registration fee unless arrangements have been made in advance for special cases such as long-term illness, vacation, etc. Costumes that have been paid for in full will not be refunded unto the costumer- and costumes will be given to the costumer at time of shipment delivery. If recital fee has been paid- this is also non refundable.
